JK has had a profound impact on my son's development—both in baseball and in life. It’s rare to find someone who can seamlessly balance the technical aspects of the sport with mentorship and character-building. His experience, directness, and ability to guide without enabling excuses have been invaluable. Through his process, my son has developed a strong sense of self-worth, learned accountability, and gained the ability to separate himself from challenges while becoming a better teammate—and, most importantly, a better son. We are truly grateful for his influence and dedication.

Working with Jon has been a positive experience. He helped us through the difficult recruiting process with knowledge and expertise.
Jon was honest about my situation but also positive in the approach to finding the best opportunity for me. In the end, I am grateful for his guidance that resulted in my commitment to a top school.
I highly recommend Jon to anyone looking for college baseball recruiting advice.

Jon Jon Berring
Recruited and coached at SCU
Working with JK has been nothing short of amazing. He truly wants to see me succeed, and I can’t thank him enough for that. He’s a true players’ coach — on the field taking ground balls, fly balls, doing drills, and grinding in the cages. He’s in the trenches with you, fully invested in each athlete’s development. What makes JK different is how he tailors his approach to fit each individual. It’s not a one-size-fits-all style — he adjusts based on your personality and needs to help you maximize your potential.
Working with JK isn’t for everyone, but it is for the unique individual who’s looking for a competitive edge in today’s game. There are plenty of talented players out there, but many struggle to put it all together mentally — and that’s exactly where JK bridges the gap. He connects the physical and mental sides of the game in a way that accelerates growth. Sure, you’ll improve over time on your own, but if you want to maximize your time and get there faster, working with JK might just be your best option.

Baseballers and coaches are all looking for this!!! Jon Karcich is the real deal. He is thoughtful, passionate, his resume speaks for itself + he has a valuable feel for what it takes to make it at the next level. I recommend him for guys looking to be recruited.

Michael O’Hara
Recruited and coached at SCU, current professional player
One word to describe Jon Karcich is professional. He’s a guy who goes about his business the right way. During my five years at Santa Clara, our relationship was spectacular — he was someone I looked forward to seeing every day. I knew I could come to him with anything: baseball, the mental game, life at home, routines, habits of excellence, time management — and he always had something real and substantial to offer that I could apply to my life.
He’s not only professional, but he genuinely cares about the people he works with. He’s a family guy who brought his kids around the team, which made it feel like you weren’t just working with a coach or mentor — you had a friend. You don’t get that from every coach. Anyone looking to work with Jon is getting an all-around great person and someone who is elite at the little things, the big things, and everything in between. He’s dialed in across every facet of the game, especially the mental side. I wish I had him for my entire career, but even in the time I did, I grew tremendously as both a player and a person. I couldn’t recommend working with him enough.

During the recruiting process, Jon did an excellent job helping me navigate my recruitment along with providing valuable advice on making my next decision.
The overall experience I had was excellent and I felt as though Jon truly cared about me and cared about my decision to further my athletic and academic career in college. My expectations were exceeded as the detailed spreadsheets with college information were super valuable and allowed the craziness of recruiting to be simpler.
Jon’s communication was helpful and honest I felt as though I was getting clear guidance. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend it to someone else.

Transfer portal, Jessup University (D2), Seattle University
Entering the transfer portal and looking for a new opportunity was a tough decision and I didn’t have much traction at first.
When getting in contact with Jon everything changed. The amount of connection and work he did reaching out to schools was amazing. I believed in myself that I could play at the next level, however I wasn't getting the exposure I needed.
With the help of Jon the exposure and amount of schools reaching out was unbelievable. Thank you for everything, wouldn’t be in the position I’m in and at a school that sees the same.
Athlete Feedback On The Mental Performance Program
What did you enjoy most about the mental performance program?
"My favorite thing about the program is that it has helped have confidence and help have control of my mindset."
"The consistency. I felt like you were always on me to stay on top of everything."
"The fulfillment/consistency I’ve gained."
"I enjoyed the accountability that it made me have and looking to reach for a goal."
"Creating goals and a plan that was allowed me to achieve those goals."
"Learning about the uncontrollable and focusing on process other than results."
Did you notice any improvements in your performance on the field?
"Yes I have more confidence in my ability to succeed. Also remembering breath work to help me stay dialed and locked in a calm for the moment. But with that I also remember when I’m doing any baseball stuff or training to Remember that you always sink to the level of your training and know my training has paid off."
"I would say the biggest thing would be confidence. I always thought I was confident but didn’t really fully understand until working with you. I feel like now my confidence is derived from the fact that I have a plan to fall back on every time I step on the field no matter who I play against. Before it was just because I knew I was a pretty good player."
"100% Fielding is cleaner, more confidence."
"On the field I noticed myself becoming more present and aware of my situations."
"Yeah it helped with my consistency in my training."
"I don’t ride the ups and downs as much anymore, it’s still an ongoing thing. But I’m much better at controlling my emotions than I was before."
What would you describe the way the program was delivered?
"I would say it was delivered well and started off slow with the breathing and metal exercise work and learning the importance of what it actually is."
"Wouldn’t change a thing."
"Very engaging, was very clear at delivering the message."
"It was very organized and all of the material that was given was very clear."
"I think the program was delivered well."
