I would recommend Jon Karcich to anyone serious about going to the next level. Learning from his coaching has not only helped me with my recruiting process but also with the mental side of my game, which I think is where I found the biggest success.
In the beginning, I was skeptical, but as I began to work and employ his teachings, I found great success. Not only was Jon’s mental advice exceptional, but his recruiting advice was spot on as well. He confidently pushed me from the beginning to trust the process, which gave me the right perspective throughout the past two years.
I recently committed to the University of South Carolina Upstate and couldn't be more thankful for Jon’s constant advice and encouragement along the way.
One of the biggest things my family and I appreciated was his help clearing away the nonsense that came with the recruiting process and helping me to find the right fit.

“Our son had been on the recruiting circuit for three years without much success when we decided we needed a D1 recruiting coach's perspective to understand what the coaches are looking for and how the whole process really works for catchers. Not only was Jon able to provide that perspective and guidance but, unlike other 'recruiting services', he leveraged his contacts to find programs that needed a catcher and then reached out directly to the head coach. Three months after we signed up with Jon our son accepted a D1 scholarship offer to play in the Big West conference. I recommend Jon to any family that's ready to get serious about the recruiting process.”

"I have known Jon Karcich for close to 20 years. Jon’s baseball IQ and his inside knowledge of recruiting and developing players both physically and mentally is unmatched in the industry. Jon’s work ethic, integrity, attention to detail and his ability to communicate with players at any age sets him a part from most. A true leader in every sense of the word!"

I can’t say enough great things about Coach Karcich. Our experience with him has been absolutely amazing. Since Zach started working with Coach, he has grown so much—mentally, physically, and as a baseball player. Jon has helped him build the confidence and mindset to achieve any goal he sets, and I only wish we had found him before Zach’s sophomore year.
Jon’s communication style is one of his strongest assets. He is honest, direct, and incredibly proactive in his approach. One of the things I appreciate most is how he and Zach have built a relationship based on trust, accountability and respect. Jon has empowered Zach to take ownership of his development, and it’s been incredible to watch my son take this responsibility so seriously because he understands how to motivate Zach.
The entire recruiting process, which at first seemed complex and overwhelming, became much clearer under Jon’s guidance. He has an exceptional ability to break things down in a way that makes sense, ensuring that both Zach and our family felt prepared and confident at every stage of the process.
Since working with Jon, Zach has matured in ways that go far beyond baseball. His mindset, work ethic, and confidence have grown tremendously, and I know these lessons will stick with him for life. Without hesitation, I’d recommend Jon to anyone looking for a coach who truly cares about their players’ success on and off the field.

The overall experience was really beneficial. It started with coaching that changed into mental performance which turned into recruiting help. His guidance helped in everything but the most important was the mental.
He helped me through a really difficult situation this spring that I was able to turn into a great year. His communication was direct and honest while also staying positive. I would recommend your service to anyone in the baseball world and use both the recruiting and mental help.

“I can confidently give Jon Karcich my highest recommendation. We engaged him when my son reopened his recruiting following an untimely coaching change — he responded quickly and spoke confidently about the status of the recruiting process at that time, and he listened to my son's goals. We set a game plan and he went to work quickly and was able to quickly get my son in touch with several of his targeted schools. Throughout the process he remained very accessible and responsive, provided valuable insight and thoughtful, practical advice. My son ultimately landed at a great school that's a great fit on many levels. We feel fortunate to have connected with Jon early in our process and would strongly recommend him as a recruiting advisor to anyone looking seriously at playing college baseball.”

“Jon was my recruiting consultant. He gave me the necessary tools to help me get noticed by Division One schools. He was super responsive and would check in with me regularly. He helped reinforce what division one coaches are looking for, because he was a division one baseball coach. He simplified my recruiting process which allowed me to focus on my day to day goals. Overall, runs a great service and did right by me as an athlete.”

"Working with Coach Karcich has been a huge part of my development as both a player and a recruit. I started training with him at the end of May and went through several intensive clinics and sessions in May and June to prepare for college camps and tryouts.
He helped me understand what it takes to make the jump from high school to college baseball, not just in skill development, but in mindset and preparation.
Coach Karcich also guided me through the recruiting process, helping me learn how to communicate effectively with college coaches and how to stand out in competitive camp settings. A large part of my ability to connect with programs, earn an offer, and ultimately commit to Occidental College is due to his coaching and advice. I’m extremely grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to any player serious about playing at the next level."
Athlete Feedback On The Mental Performance Program
What did you enjoy most about the mental performance program?
"My favorite thing about the program is that it has helped have confidence and help have control of my mindset."
"The consistency. I felt like you were always on me to stay on top of everything."
"The fulfillment/consistency I’ve gained."
"I enjoyed the accountability that it made me have and looking to reach for a goal."
"Creating goals and a plan that was allowed me to achieve those goals."
"Learning about the uncontrollable and focusing on process other than results."
Did you notice any improvements in your performance on the field?
"Yes I have more confidence in my ability to succeed. Also remembering breath work to help me stay dialed and locked in a calm for the moment. But with that I also remember when I’m doing any baseball stuff or training to Remember that you always sink to the level of your training and know my training has paid off."
"I would say the biggest thing would be confidence. I always thought I was confident but didn’t really fully understand until working with you. I feel like now my confidence is derived from the fact that I have a plan to fall back on every time I step on the field no matter who I play against. Before it was just because I knew I was a pretty good player."
"100% Fielding is cleaner, more confidence."
"On the field I noticed myself becoming more present and aware of my situations."
"Yeah it helped with my consistency in my training."
"I don’t ride the ups and downs as much anymore, it’s still an ongoing thing. But I’m much better at controlling my emotions than I was before."
What would you describe the way the program was delivered?
"I would say it was delivered well and started off slow with the breathing and metal exercise work and learning the importance of what it actually is."
"Wouldn’t change a thing."
"Very engaging, was very clear at delivering the message."
"It was very organized and all of the material that was given was very clear."
"I think the program was delivered well."
