“It took no time at all for our son to like Coach Karcich. Frankly, he changed our kids baseball journey and we only wish we had worked with him sooner. Started with skill development and mental performance advice and our kid only wanted more of what Jon had to offer. After years of travel ball, showcases and prospect camps, we knew the recruiting process was hard. Harder then we ever thought it would be. We do not have the tall lefty that throws 90+ or the kid that everyone flocks to watch hit bombs. We have the consistent kid who makes outs and gets on base. We thought that was enough. It wasn't until Jon offered his recruiting to us that the process became clearer and more productive. He is honest, he is knowledgeable and he will change your baseball recruiting journey to a positive one. Within weeks, we had coaches calling and scheduling meetings. Within a couple more weeks, there were visits and yes, even a commitment. Our son, who was having a hard time getting attention, was now turning offers down. We can't thank Jon enough and would do this a million more times, if placed in the position again. The best part is, it put the process in our son's hands and he had to step up and do the work. He learned and grew and most importantly had to take responsibility for the process and the outcome. Valuable life lessons.”

“Jon was pivotal in our process for Derek to get recruited and ultimately signed by a D1 baseball program. He was targeted with his advice and instantly understood the challenges Derek faced as he sought to be seen by coaches. Jon helped us with positioning and did his own outreach, generating coach follows and contacts. He advised us on the right range of schools to consider and to help manage expectations. When interest was expressed by a few schools, he was always available and responsive in helping with strategy and response. Once Derek started visits and meetings, he was great at providing perspective and supporting responses. When offers were received, he helped us assess and respond and ultimately to make a final decision. In the end, Derek landed a great deal from the type of high academic D1 school he was seeking. Jon's support was instrumental in this process. Besides being a highly qualified college baseball professional, Jon is also a really good guy and family man and understands what players and parents are dealing with in these challenging times. We highly recommend Jon as a supporter and consultant. Thanks Jon!”

"Coach Jon was a great help. He helped me getting through a slump, and helped me find myself.
He helped me beyond the field as well.

Coach JK was very good on helping me center myself on the things that truly matter most."

“Our overall experience working with Jon has been exceptional. He has had a tremendous impact on Nicholas, not just in baseball but in his overall development as a student-athlete and young man. Jon’s guidance, perspective, and mentorship have been invaluable, and we’ve seen firsthand how his influence has helped shape Nicholas in so many positive ways.

Jon came highly recommended, and he has exceeded even our highest expectations. His ability to connect with Nicholas, challenge him, and keep him accountable has made a remarkable difference in both his athletic and academic journey. At this crucial stage in his life, we feel incredibly fortunate to have Jon as part of his team.

One of the things we appreciate most about Jon is his honest, direct, and responsive communication. His ability to be straightforward while remaining supportive has been instrumental in keeping Nicholas focused on his goals and committed to the process.

We would absolutely recommend Jon to anyone looking for expert guidance and mentorship. Every young athlete benefits from positive role models, and Jon sets a high standard for achievement, accountability, and attitude. He provides the mental tools needed to navigate not just the challenges of baseball but the unpredictability of life.

While Nicholas is still in the midst of his journey, Jon has helped him stay ahead of the curve mentally and approach each step with confidence. We’ve always known Nicholas to be mature, but under Jon’s guidance, he has developed an even greater ability to handle challenges independently, showing resilience and growth beyond his years.

We’re incredibly grateful for Jon’s dedication and support and can’t recommend him highly enough.”

My overall experience was amazing!! Your guidance exceeded anything I could have ever imagined it to be.

You were always super direct and honest with me about where I was in my journey and what I could be in my future at my best. You were available anytime I needed help or guidance and made sure to give me the best advice on how I should move forward!

I think everyone should look at your services and what you have to offer because there is always room for improvement somewhere and you helped me see what I needed the most and when I needed it!

You definitely helped me become the player I am today and definitely could not have done it without your help, so for that, I thank you endlessly!!

Great experience and great decision made by my family and I. The experience was stressful and frustrating but great having someone that has been part of this process in my circle and helping and guiding me.

Helping me out with wording texts to coaches and knowing what to say to them. Took a lot of stress off of me having Jon in my circle.

I will recommend Jon to anyone that needs help with the recruiting process. Communication was great, I learned that over communication is a great tool to have. He was always being very transparent with me.

“I first met Coach Karcich while he was coaching at Santa Clara and he came to our high school game in San Diego. My son had been emailing Coach Karcich with interest in the Santa Clara baseball program. As a father, I always appreciated the time he took to answer my son's emails with encouragement and honesty. When I heard Coach was stepping down from his position at Santa Clara to embark on a new chapter in his life, I was happy for him and his family. Having worked as MLB Video Coordinator for 22 years I know the commitment and sacrifice it takes to be away from your family because of the baseball grind. Jon's transition from Coach on the field to coach online was a great way for him to pass on the knowledge he gained over the years as a player and coach. When I heard what he was doing, I thought it would be helpful for my teenage son to meet with him. I have always tried to help my son with the mental side of the game, but coming from dad wasn't always conducive. I knew my son would enjoy working with Coach Karcich because of their positive interactions they had on email. My wife and I wanted our son to have an outlet to express how he was feeling managing school and baseball. The weekly sessions with Coach, were a great way for our son interact and learn new strategies dealing with mental performance. My son never balked at meeting with Coach and their relationship grew stronger week by week. My son is a bit reserved, but had no issues sharing with Jon how he was doing. I often remind my son to refer to what he learned from Coach when the game of baseball or life gets challenging. We have seen improvements in him and like anything, mental performance is something you have to continue to exercise. I would recommend Coach Karcich's mental performance sessions to anyone looking to strengthen their mental game.”

"I wanted to thank you for the time and patience with my son Chase. The time he spent with you was so beneficial in his growth. Since you have been with Chase, I have seen great growth in his mindset. He writes in a journal everyday, reads daily and his health habits have completely changed.

You have set an amazing path for my son. He loves Baseball and what you talked with him about has given Chase a great perspective on what it takes to be great. I can't thank you enough for Chase's transition. I would highly recommend every Child go through your program."

Athlete Feedback On The Mental Performance Program

What did you enjoy most about the mental performance program?

"My favorite thing about the program is that it has helped have confidence and help have control of my mindset."

"The consistency. I felt like you were always on me to stay on top of everything."

"The fulfillment/consistency I’ve gained."

"I enjoyed the accountability that it made me have and looking to reach for a goal."

"Creating goals and a plan that was allowed me to achieve those goals."

"Learning about the uncontrollable and focusing on process other than results."

Did you notice any improvements in your performance on the field?

"Yes I have more confidence in my ability to succeed. Also remembering breath work to help me stay dialed and locked in a calm for the moment. But with that I also remember when I’m doing any baseball stuff or training to Remember that you always sink to the level of your training and know my training has paid off."

"I would say the biggest thing would be confidence. I always thought I was confident but didn’t really fully understand until working with you. I feel like now my confidence is derived from the fact that I have a plan to fall back on every time I step on the field no matter who I play against. Before it was just because I knew I was a pretty good player."

"100% Fielding is cleaner, more confidence."

"On the field I noticed myself becoming more present and aware of my situations."

"Yeah it helped with my consistency in my training."

"I don’t ride the ups and downs as much anymore, it’s still an ongoing thing. But I’m much better at controlling my emotions than I was before."

What would you describe the way the program was delivered?

"I would say it was delivered well and started off slow with the breathing and metal exercise work and learning the importance of what it actually is."

"Wouldn’t change a thing."

"Very engaging, was very clear at delivering the message."

"It was very organized and all of the material that was given was very clear."

"I think the program was delivered well."
